1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to laserdome.com and to the Laserdome information tools that appear inside voice and chat assistants such as Google Gemini, Grok, ChatGPT and Amazon Alexa+. Using the site or asking an assistant about Laserdome means you accept them. Laserdome is a laser tag and family entertainment center at 2050 Auction Road, Manheim, PA 17545, open to the public since 1999.
2. What the assistant tools do
When you ask an assistant about Laserdome, it can read our hours and holiday closures, current prices and passes, dated specials, reservation perks, and how busy a given day looks. It can also send us a group quote request, but only after you ask it to and confirm the details. The tools are read-only otherwise: no assistant can book a session, charge a card, change a reservation, or look up your account through them.
3. Prices, hours and availability are informational
We keep the information current, but hours can change for weather, private events and holidays, prices can change without notice, and availability moves as people book. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout on our booking site or at the front desk. An answer from an assistant is not a reservation and does not hold a spot. The assistant may also paraphrase or summarize what our tools return, and we are not responsible for how an assistant words its answer.
4. Bookings happen on our booking site
Passes and parties are booked through our online booking site or by phone. Those bookings follow the terms shown at checkout, including the payment, cancellation and refund terms for your pass or party. If an assistant links you there, the link may include a tag that tells us which assistant sent you. That tag carries no personal information.
5. Quote requests
If you ask an assistant to send us a group quote request, the name, email, phone number, group size and date you provide are sent to Laserdome so a staff member can reply. We use them only to answer your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send payment details through an assistant.
6. Playing at Laserdome
Laser tag, Verse Immersive and the arcade are physical activities. Players follow the arena rules and staff instructions, and parents or guardians are responsible for minors in their group. Age, height and group-size requirements shown on the pricing page and at the front desk apply to everyone, however the visit was arranged.
7. Our content
The text, photos, logos and designs on laserdome.com and in our tools belong to Laserdome or are used with permission. You may share links and quote our hours and prices. You may not copy our pages or photos for commercial use, present our data as your own, or use our tools in a way that overloads them or interferes with other guests.
8. No warranty, limited liability
The site and the assistant tools are provided as is. We do not promise they will always be available, accurate or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Laserdome is not liable for losses that come from relying on information from the site or from an assistant, including a trip made on the basis of hours or prices that had changed. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pennsylvania consumer law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the site and the assistant programs change; the current version always lives at laserdome.com/terms with the date it was last updated (2026-10-29).
