Do sessions sell out?
Weekends and holidays often sell out. Reserving ahead guarantees your arrival time; walk-ins are welcome when space allows.

Is there a homeschool rate?
Yes. Homeschool Workout runs Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays while public school is in session; arrive any time between 11am and 1pm and your time starts when you do. $11 / $14 / $17 per person for 60, 90, or 120 minutes, including two laser tag sessions plus our most active arcade games. Add Star Walk, our 30-minute holographic tour of the solar system in Verse Immersive, to your Homeschool Workout reservation for $24.99 (reg $34.99). Pick it as an add-on when you book online, or ask at the front desk. That $10 off applies to any 30-minute Verse Immersive experience during Homeschool Workout. Walk-ins are welcome, or reserve online.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Plans change, no problem. Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time and we will reschedule your visit or refund your deposit. Every online booking also includes a customer portal link where you can make changes yourself.
What is an Extreme Pass?
Extreme Passes are prepaid admission bundles sold through our partner promotions. Each pass covers one player, and your voucher lists exactly what is included. Already have yours? Reserve your session times online, or bring your voucher to the front desk and we will take care of you.
