We just did our third annual youth group outing at Laserdome and I don't think there is a better place to take a youth group or birthday party in Lancaster County for a night of fun. Laserdome's planners were highly professional, flexible, and helpful in helping us plan the event, the prices were great, the staff while we were there were helpful and kind, and kids were already asking me when we were coming back before we even left! It's a place where kids feel like they can just be kids. Heck, it even takes me back to when I was teen at birthday parties at Laserdome! So thankful to have this place in our community.

The Laserdome was great from beginning to end. The staff is very professional, especially Lilly and Porter, who made our entire event very smooth and very enjoyable for our 8th grade trip. Both of them, and indeed the entire staff, is superb. We highly recommend them!!

I contacted Laserdome and they were able to accommodate my large group for a team building day with a weeks notice. Lily from their event staff was absolutely great to work with. Our group had a great time!

I planned an event at the Laserdome with the Millersville student chapter of AMS to have a night of fun! I stayed in communication with Lily Ross to help plan the event. She made our scheduling so easy, she was extremely nice to waive the registration fee for us as well. Once we got there, we were able to pay for all of those participating. Porter Scott was a generous representative, allowing us to pay at the end once we knew our exact amount of people. The staff was so nice, and the environment was very welcoming. Our group had a great time at the Laserdome, everyone was sad how quickly it went. I already received requests for more events there in the future. We will definitely be returning!

I booked a work team event at Laserdome with Lily. She was so easy to work with and made the entire process a breeze. The event itself was a lot of fun. It was a good team bonding experience and everyone in the group had a great time! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend working with Lily for any event/party needs!

Awesome facility and so easy and helpful to work with. We booked a ProPass for our youth group, 2 laser tag sessions and 3 hours of unlimited video games. Kids were entertained for hours and well worth the price. You get a group discount if paid in a single transaction, which is what we did.The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, was all of the PII info needed to activate their gaming cards. Name, address, birthdate, email address…none of which seems necessary, and a little cringy, IMO 😕Facility and staff were great, though!

I had my son's bday party a week ago, and I can truly say this was the best experience ever, they made everything supper easy to meet our needs, our host was Amazing. Staff super friendly. Only suggestion would more food options. Besides that yes we will be coming again and we definitely recommend this place.

We had a literal group of 100 people go to the Laserdome for our Church's annual Youth Retreat and they did not disappoint. The team of workers were well staffed and prepared for our group upon arrival. Our teens and adults all had a blast in the arcade and the Lasertag was so much fun! We are already looking forward to going back next year!

Took my extended family here for a Christmas present. We all had a blast and it's a reasonably priced experience. All ages had fun, the youngest being 6 and the oldest almost 60.

One of our favorite places to have a blast and celebrate a birthday party. Great customer service. Awesome deals with the game card to earn tickets and then redeem them in the prize store. Chip the manager was so awesome and helpful. Tasha was a blast to have as our team lead in laser tag. Great employees all around and you're sure to have a great time.5⭐

The Laser Dome was exactly what we were looking for in planning our State Conference! The staff was very helpful, and the laser tag and arcade were fun for all ages. Will definitely be returning next year for our annual conference!

Laserdome is perfect for the old and young! Our group of grandparents and grandchildren had a blast playing together. Their games have a good variety that spans over several generations. And if you are over 60 and have never played laser tag...go, enjoy and check it off your bucket list!

Every year I plan an epic adventure for my nephews and give it to them for Christmas and this year we did a spy camp which concluded with an epic private laser tag session for our group at the laserdome. We had ages 4-9 and had a blast! The laser Dome went above and beyond for me in many ways and I wanted to share how great they are.1. Someone in our party got sick for the original date we had scheduled and the Laserdome was super accommodating and understanding when rescheduling us.2. They also were very helpful and showed me around when I showed up before our actual event to get some ideas for what I could do in conjunction with our spy camp plan.3. They were super accommodating to our youngest player who had to share a laser gun with an adult(me) and made it so that the gun was easier to shoot and gave him a safety vest.4. One of the attendants noticed that one of our kids had special needs and was struggling and asked if we wanted him to turn the music down for our games (wow, that blew me away).5. We had a point person while planning the event who checked in regularly and was very accommodating and helpful.And I could go on. Amazing service, great experience, lots of fun. They really do want to make your experience a great one, and it shows!

We used Laserdome for a 30th birthday party on a Saturday night. We did unlimited laser tag with the private dome add-on. Lily was so helpful in planning and accommodated everything that we needed! The process was so easy. All of the employees who helped during the party were extremely friendly and helpful as well! The private dome add-on was absolutely worth the extra cost - I also appreciated how much was provided by Laserdome (utensils, plates, napkins, table cloths, balloon centerpieces, etc.) We all had so much fun and I only wish we could have spent more time there!!
